The Saint James Community Picnic is right around the corner and we need volunteers to work the kids games!  Each grade level has been assigned a game and is responsible for filling the volunteer time slots and there are still a lot of time slots that do not have volunteers. If we do not get ample number of volunteers to cover the games, we will have to close them early.  Please follow the link provided, find your child’s grade level and sign up for at least one 30 minute time slot!  Students 5th- 8th grade can also sign up for a time slot and receive service hours in return.  Please make sure when signing students up they volunteer for their grade only!

We also need school families to provide jars for the infamous Jar Game!  Each family is asked to provide at least 2 plastic jars filled with goodies to be used as prizes.  Jars may be filled with toys, hair accessories, candy (no chocolate), trinkets, etc.   There is a limited number of empty jars available in the school office, feel free to stop by and pick up what you need.
