Dear Saint James Community,
As we return from spring break and turn toward the end of the school year, we enter a final stretch filled with meaningful moments and much to look forward to. This time of year is especially memorable for our students as they reflect on their growth and celebrate all they’ve accomplished.
Our focus now is on finishing the year strong. Final MAP testing will take place April 21, 22, and 23, and we encourage all students to stay focused and give their best effort to showcase all that they have learned this year.
Please keep our 8th graders in your prayers as they travel to Washington, D.C. from April 18–22. This trip is an important part of their time at SJS, and we wish them a safe and meaningful experience.
Also coming up on May 12 is Kentucky Gives Day. We have served our students and community at our campus on Robinbrooke Blvd for 14 years, and so it is time to make some necessary and functional improvements to our building. Your support helps make these projects possible to improve the environment for our students, faculty, and families. Please make plans to help us reach our goal again this year.
The weeks ahead will also bring many of our end-of-year traditions and events. This is always a rewarding time as we recognize the hard work of our students and reflect on a successful year. We hope you will join us for some of the festivities!
Thank you for your continued support of our school and our mission. We appreciate your partnership as we work together to finish the year strong. So here’s to a joyful and memorable finish to a great school year!
Warm regards,

Mr. John Stith
SJS Principal
