Saint James Catholic School is now accepting nominations for the 2027 Senator Joe Prather Distinguished Alumni Award. The award was established in 2023 to honor an attendee of Saint James Catholic School or any other school associated with Saint James Catholic Church, including Elizabethtown Catholic High School. The award is presented at the annual Black & White Knight event.
The criteria for the award is as follows:
The nominee may have displayed extraordinary leadership, character, and organizational ability, contributed to the advancement of others and the improvement of his or her community, gained prominence in his or her chosen profession and community, or exhibited vision, skill and commitment that has resulted in success.
The individual will have exhibited a commitment to the Tradition of Saint James Catholic School, exhibit a life consistent with the Catholic Faith, demonstrate a commitment to Excellence through his or her personal and professional life and promote a sense of Community.
To nominate a deserving alum, please complete the Distinguished Alumni Nomination Form and submit by September 11.
