A TRADITION OF
FAITH, EXCELLENCE, COMMUNITY

SJS Community Breakfast 2025

The Community Breakfast at Saint James Catholic School is an annual event that gives students the chance to host business and community leaders for food, fellowship, and a fun-filled program. The event is held in celebration of Discover Catholic Schools Week and to showcase the values of faith, excellence and community that the school instills in its students.

This year, the event included demonstrations from student organizations and classes, such as “Jesus Loves Me” in American Sign Language performed by Mrs. Kayla’s 4-Year-Old Preschool students, a robotics demonstration by Mrs. Grant’s 4th Grade Class, SJS Virtues of the Month by our 5th Graders, 2nd Grade Pen Pals, and interviews with SJS Middle School students about their service project and Kentucky Youth Assembly, and SJS Principal Mr. Stith. The event was highlighted by our two guest speakers, SJS Alumnus Franklin Jardim and SJS Parent Don Jones.
